About the role
Reporting To: Data Science and Engineering Manager Shift: EMEA (1:30 pm - 10:30 pm IST) (India) Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field. 5 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles. Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex query development, data validation, and performance optimization. Proficiency in Python or an equivalent analytics/programming language (e.g., R) for data analysis, automation, and reporting. Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT processes. Experience translating business questions into measurable metrics and analytical frameworks. Proven ability to communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience in asset management or financial services. Experience with Snowflake and modern cloud-based analytics platforms. Experience supporting product analytics, operational analytics, growth analytics, or strategic business initiatives. Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent. Experience building self-service analytics solutions and executive reporting.
