What you ll do: Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management About the position : RVR Engineering is seeking an experienced individual to implement the right processes and practices across the design operations team. The role is responsible for ensuring the quality of the company s products and services meet or exceed customer expectations by running various processes Roles and responsibilities, Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors. Familiar with International Standards for Solar PV Systems, and other relevant Standards. Expert Knowledge of Solar Energy Technology and overall Projects lifecycle Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills with ability to produce high quality Technical Reports within Predefined deadline. An understanding of the key Technical of residential and commercial aspects of Solar projects. Should have Strong management capabilities primary responsibility will be to lead all Design Engineering efforts and optimization Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems with other disciplines Managing reports and necessary documentation. Have collaboration with design team and customer regarding the technical details of the project to satisfy their needs Must-Have: Design skills Project management Process improvement Technical understanding Documentation skills CAD design Well-versed and really good communication skills in English
