Role Overview: As an HRIS Coordinator at RXO, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation and maintenance of the company's Human Resources Information Systems. Your responsibilities will include assisting with system administration, providing technical support to users, generating HR reports, supporting HRIS projects, ensuring data integrity through audits, documenting processes, and collaborating with various teams for seamless integration. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the administration and maintenance of HRIS systems, including data entry, updates, and system configuration. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS users, resolving issues and escalating when necessary. - Generate and distribute standard and ad-hoc HR reports with accuracy and timeliness. - Support HRIS projects such as system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations. - Conduct data audits to uphold data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations. - Document HRIS processes, procedures, and user guides for reference and training purposes. - Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure smooth HRIS integration and utilization. - Participate in training and development activities to stay updated with HRIS trends and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience working with HRIS systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or UKG. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for tasks like pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer service-oriented approach. - Experience with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA is preferred.
