As a Product Manager at Ryan, LLC, you will play a crucial role in defining and developing a product platform that integrates sophisticated software applications with expert tax professionals. Your focus will be on crafting a product management organization that excels in Product Leadership, People Management, and Product Performance & Execution. Key Responsibilities: - Support the development of product strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with Senior Managers and Directors of Product and the product team - Formulate hypotheses and determine MVP scope to achieve product goals and KPIs - Analyze product and business data to generate data-driven insights and steer iterative development - Ensure a positive team member experience - Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather comprehensive business requirements, use cases, and propose suitable solutions - Act as a product subject matter expert for sales and sales support - Develop user stories, requirements, and functional specifications for development - Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to meet technical integration requirements - Work with the User Experience team to design user interface and user flows - Provide support to Customer Operations and client training as necessary - Estimate work with the development team and execute against the plan - Coordinate with Development, QA, and Production Support teams to communicate, validate, and test desired functionality changes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of direct work experience in a product management or business analyst role - Experience with Agile software delivery methodologies is essential - Experience with corporate tax (e.g., indirect tax, property tax) is a plus In addition to the core responsibilities and qualifications, you should possess the following preferred qualifications: - Ability to anticipate and proactively deliver expected results for team members - Strong problem-solving skills - Initiative-driven with complete follow-through on areas of responsibility - Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills - Superior attention to detail and accuracy - Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to be flexible - Thrive in both independent and team-based environments - Strong multitasking and organizational skills Additional Company Details: - Ryan, LLC is an award-winning global tax firm known for its exceptional services and cutting-edge software solutions. - Named as One of the Best Places to Work by Glassdoor in 2021 and one of the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For for five consecutive years. - The company aims to become the world's trusted platform for tax by offering a seamless combination of software and expertise to enhance clients' tax capabilities.
