Business Technical Analyst

As a Business Technical Analyst, your role will involve bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by working closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, and preparing BRD, FRD, user stories, and workflows. Additionally, you will conduct data analysis, generate reports for business insights, participate in system testing, UAT, and implementation support, and identify process improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. - Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. - Coordinate with development and QA teams during the project lifecycle. - Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and workflows. - Conduct data analysis and generate reports for business insights. - Participate in system testing, UAT, and implementation support. - Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. - Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. - Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during deployment. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - 1+ years of experience preferred. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). - Understanding of business processes and technical systems. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Good communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams. Technical Skills: - JIRA / Confluence - Basic understanding of APIs and databases Please note: This is a Full-Time position that requires you to work in person.
