As a Workflow Automation Specialist at our company, your role will involve streamlining and automating business processes across CRM, customer communication, reporting, and operational systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows across various business functions - Automating lead assignment, follow-ups, notifications, customer communication, and reporting processes - Reducing manual work by implementing scalable automation solutions - Configuring and maintaining integrations between CRM systems and third-party applications - Supporting API-based data synchronization and troubleshooting workflow failures and integration issues - Analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency - Documenting workflows, automation logic, and SOPs - Monitoring workflow performance and resolving automation errors, sync failures, and operational issues Required skills for this role include: - Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make.com, Pabbly Connect, Intercom, WebEngage, or similar tools - Understanding of workflow automation concepts and exposure to APIs, Webhooks, and Integrations - Strong problem-solving skills and a process-oriented mindset Preferred skills include: - CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) - Basic SQL and Basic Python or JavaScript knowledge - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing experience In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the annual salary for this position ranges from 1,200,000.00 to 1,500,000.00.
