QA Resource Support LLM & Chatbot Testing

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary We are looking for a QA Resource Support with 3+ years of experience in chatbot and LLM testing. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in finance modules, functional testing, end-to-end testing, regression, integration testing, UI validation, and test scenario creation. The candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements and validating AI-driven chatbot functionality. Key Responsibilities Perform testing of LLM-powered chatbot applications. Validate chatbot responses, prompts, workflows, and business logic. Execute End-to-End (E2E), Functional, Regression, Integration, and UI testing. Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data. Understand functional/business requirements and validate application behavior. Test finance module workflows and business processes. Identify, log, track, and verify defects. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams. Required Skills 3+ years of QA/Software Testing experience Hands-on experience in LLM Testing Chatbot Testing experience Functional Testing E2E Testing Regression Testing Integration Testing UI Validation Finance Domain/Finance Module Testing Test Scenario & Test Case Design Strong requirement analysis and defect management Good to Have API Testing Automation Testing SQL Agile/Scrum JIRA, Azure DevOps or similar tools
