About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 12 Role Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced DevOps / SRE Leader to drive platform engineering, cloud transformation, and regulatory compliance across enterprise-grade financial systems. Key Responsibilities: Platform Engineering Cloud Transformation Own DevOps architecture across AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, TGW, VPC) Manage multi-environment platform (DEV, QA, NFT, UAT, PROD) Lead enterprise environment standardization and client onboarding DevOps Automation Build CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) Lead GitHub migration and automation frameworks Develop AI-driven automation workflows DevSecOps, Compliance Governance Ensure Concord and DORA compliance Manage vulnerability remediation (WIZ, Fortify, Mend) Maintain security standards and patching cycles Kubernetes Infrastructure Manage EKS lifecycle and upgrades Implement autoscaling (HPA, VPA, Karpenter) Lead ARM/Graviton migration Observability Operations Implement monitoring (Splunk, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry) Ensure platform reliability and incident management Leadership Lead global DevOps/SRE team Drive roadmap execution and stakeholder communication Required Skills: AWS Kubernetes Terraform GitHub Actions Jenkins WIZ Fortify Mend Prometheus
