About the role
Job Title: IT Business Analyst
Job Duties :
Define business processes and gather requirements tomodernize legacy HR systems to cloud-based solutions like Workday HCM, andintegration. Configure Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation,Talent, and Performance modules and implement testing strategies. Developcomplex reports for system broken link identification and integration versionupdates. Build data conversion strategy from POS systems to ERP applications.Design and develop a global security framework, including domain and businesssecurity policies for Workday HR Module. Create links between business objectsto build calculated fields and evaluate expressions. Proficiently handle FLSArequirements, Payroll, and absence engine calculations. Arrange tenant andlocalization set-up for HCM and Payroll modules. Build BRIT reports usingWorkday Studio and configure Prism with various prism functions. Createdata-driven tests using TOSCA and automate functionality. Develop and buildTOSCA with Jenkins and Jira. Utilize tools and utilities: HCM, WMS, WSDL, CSS3,XML, XSLT, SOAP, UIA Engine, Kafka build, Oxygen, GIT.
Other : Full Time.Travel (60%) involved to unanticipated client locations within the U.S.
Requirements : Master's Degree in InformationTechnology or Equivalent. Any suitable combination of education, training orexperience accepted.
