Senior SAP ABAP & Cloud Developer (SAP BTP / CAP) Role Overview We are looking for a Senior SAP ABAP & Cloud Developer to design, develop, and maintain SAP solutions across SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in ABAP development and modern cloud-native development using the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), with a solid understanding of the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. This role involves developing enhancements within SAP S/4HANA, building side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP, integrating enterprise applications, and contributing to solution architecture while following SAP Clean Core principles. Key Responsibilities Design and develop SAP solutions using ABAP, OO ABAP, CDS Views, OData, BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs, RFCs, and Adobe/Smart Forms. Build cloud-native applications and side-by-side extensions using SAP CAP (Node.js or Java) on SAP BTP. Develop SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and RESTful APIs. Integrate SAP S/4HANA with SAP BTP and third-party systems using OData, REST, SOAP, RFC/BAPI, SAP Cloud SDK, and SAP Integration Suite. Develop solutions supporting the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, including Sales Orders, ATP, Deliveries, Billing, and Accounts Receivable. Deploy and manage applications on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry/Kyma, including security, destinations, and connectivity. Write clean, testable code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and technical documentation. Mentor developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions. Required Qualifications 8+ years of SAP technical development experience. Strong expertise in ABAP, OO ABAP, CDS Views, OData, Enhancements, BAdIs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Adobe/Smart Forms. Hands-on experience with SAP CAP (Node.js or Java) and SAP BTP. Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Cloud SDK, and SAP Integration Suite. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Clean Core, and the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile development. Proven ability to mentor developers and lead technical workstreams. Preferred Qualifications SAP RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model) SAP Event Mesh / Advanced Event Mesh SAP Kyma Runtime Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP MedTech or Healthcare domain experience .
