Engineering Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Engineering Coordination Experienced in managing 3D modelling and design of offshore (FPSOs, FLNGs, Fixed platforms, etc.) and onshore projects spanning (but not limited to) the architectural discipline. Interface with Clients and ensure timely delivery of engineering packages. Monitor productivity and quality of engineering resources. Regular cadences with project planner 2 times a week to ensure tracking of project schedule. Provide technical inputs for bid submissions 2. Project Support & Coordination Support engineering department in preparation of MTOs/BOMs, product datasheets, techno-commercial evaluations and technical bid submissions to clients. Track procurement and engineering progress by holding regular meetings. Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve execution issues, deliverable delays, and vendor challenges. Manage document controller for audit and project documentation and tracking. KEY REQUIREMENTS Experience: 10-15 years in offshore oil & gas / EPC / marine industry. Exposure in managing engineering coordination, procurement, bid evaluations and project delivery schedules. Technical Background: Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical preferred). Strong understanding of offshore standards and requirements. Skills & Competencies: Strong coordination and organizational skills. Commercial awareness and negotiation capability. Ability to work independently and proven ability to improve systems. Hands-on, problem-solving mindset. Experience working for small-to-mid-size EPC environments Reliable and timely engineering coordination support clear communication and alignment skills Cost-conscious execution mindset
