Senior  Safety  Passive Engineer

Job Summary (List Format):

• Perform structural analysis on vehicles and components using CAE tools to ensure compliance with FMVSS, IIHS, NCAP, and international safety standards.

• Collaborate with design engineering and functional teams to refine and validate structural designs.

• Develop, validate, and enhance CAE models to improve predictive accuracy and support data-driven decisions.

• Analyze test and simulation results to identify structural design issues.

• Provide recommendations and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

• Require a minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.

• Long-term position based in Irvine, CA.
