Location: Bangalore or Chennai Employment Type: Permanent | Long-term client engagement Open Roles: 12+ across Senior & Mid-Senior levels Role Description: What you'll be working on across both levels: Agentic AI orchestration - multi-step reasoning, ReAct / plan-and-execute, A2A delegation patterns Building & owning MCP servers - tool schemas, capability discovery, reliability patterns RAG pipelines - chunking, embedding, retrieval tuning, knowledge base ingestion & refresh AI evaluation frameworks - LLM-as-judge, golden sets, regression suites, observability Production-grade prompt engineering - layered prompts, guardrails, adversarial robustness, versioning MLOps for AI - CI/CD with eval gates, cost/performance optimization, PII & secrets handling Senior AI Engineer (10+ years software engineering | 2+ years building LLM apps in production) Hands-on builder role - lead by doing, own the toughest technical problems on the Agent Skills Team. AI Engineer (6+ years software engineering | 1+ years with LLMs/AI systems in production) Build and integrate LLM applications, agent workflows, and RAG pipelines within a defined engineering framework.
