As an NSE Listed company, recognized as a CMMI Level 5 organization, a Great Place to Work Certified company, and one of the Best Places for Women, we are committed to creating a workplace that is inclusive, excellent, and supportive Job Description: Qualifications and Education - Bachelors degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, Engineering or equivalent hands-on professional experience in enterprise infrastructure. - 10+ years of solid hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise networking, firewall administration, routing / switching, hybrid cloud connectivity and operational troubleshooting. - Candidates with only high-level coordination, people-management, governance-only, project-management-only, or vendor-reliant experience should not be shortlisted for this role. - Robust written documentation and communication ability in English is required for SOPs, RCA, change notes, diagrams, audit evidence and stakeholder updates. - Candidates with hands-on exposure to ENGIE-relevant enterprise technologies such as AWS, Azure, Zscaler, Okta, CrowdStrike, Prisma Cloud, Fortinet, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Proofpoint, XSOAR, Nozomi, Wallix, SD-WAN, SASE/ZTNA, VPN, LAN/WAN, firewall, routing and switching will be strongly preferred. - Mandatory Experience - Minimum 10 years of relevant hands-on technical experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and network operations. - Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, routers, switches, VLANs, VPNs, WAN / LAN, internet connectivity and enterprise network services. - Hands-on experience in AWS and Azure environments, preferably including cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, virtual machines, security rules and monitoring. - .
