Salesforce QA Lead

The Salesforce QA Lead will be a key member of our Delivery organization in India. The primary responsibility of this position is to execute functional and non-functional testing. You will also design, create, execute and maintain test plans, cases and scripts related to the Salesforce platform. Experience with latest tools, best practices, QA methods and Agile delivery is desired. We are looking for a self-starter, with a can-do attitude, a team-first mindset and good communication (written/oral) skills. Summary of Experience Minimum of 4 years QA Experience on the Salesforce platform with experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ Minimum 2 years experience on a Salesforce implementation project through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with test automation tools (like Copado, Selenium, etc) best practices, QA methods and Agile methodology Bachelor s degree at a minimum Job Responsibilities Write test cases and plans documented Perform unit, functional, smoke, integrations and regression testing Ensure that business requirements are mapped to the functional specifications and have sufficient test coverage Liaise with the development team and key business users in Agile development projects attending scrum review meetings and developing targeted test plans and cases. Helping define and roll out improvements to testing and quality processes across Work towards more efficient ways of testing using the best test automation tools/methodologies. Analyze requirements, develop a test strategy and test plan, build and execute manual and automated test cases, track defects and report results Oversee a small team of testers to guide on best practices for QA, track progress for automated and manual testing You might be a good fit if...
