As a Principal Data Product Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in leading a portfolio within our Population Health product family. Your responsibilities will include: - Strategy & Leadership: - Develop and own the data product strategy for your portfolio in alignment with organizational objectives. - Work closely with product directors and leadership to ensure strategic product roadmap. - Product Lifecycle Management: - Manage the full product lifecycle from road mapping to feature prioritization. - Define requirements and measure success using KPIs and metrics. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Partner with architecture, delivery teams, and key stakeholders to enable go-to-market strategies. - Foster empowered product teams by resolving dependencies and risks. - User-Centric Development: - Conduct user research and persona identification to drive product direction. - Quantify customer value to enhance product offering. - Team Management: - Lead and mentor Product Owners and their teams. - Ensure effective team management by resolving dependencies and risks. Qualifications: - Required: - Expert knowledge in clinical workflows, care management, or healthcare finance. - Technical Skills: - Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, GCP, Snowflake. - Proficiency in building enterprise data warehouses and leading technology transformation projects. - Education: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. - Preferred: - Experience with EHR platforms like Epic, Cerner. - Knowledge of HL7/FHIR standards. - 2+ years of people management experience.
