Role Overview: As a Revenue Cycle Data Product Manager at Client, you will play a strategic and pivotal role in developing and executing the data product strategy for the Revenue Cycle. Your responsibilities will include working closely with product directors, managers, and leadership to manage the entire product lifecycle. From initial concept and requirements gathering to implementation and release, you will be at the forefront of driving product strategy and ensuring alignment with Ascension's business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and own the data product strategy for the Revenue Cycle - Manage the full product lifecycle, including road mapping, requirements, and feature prioritization - Partner with architecture, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to foster empowered product teams and enable go-to-market strategies - Utilize user research, metrics, and KPIs to inform product strategy and measure success - Guide and mentor Product Owners and their teams - Stay current with industry trends to inform future product direction Qualifications Required: - Expert knowledge in clinical workflows, care management, or healthcare finance - Experience with data analytics tools (SQL, GCP, Snowflake), building enterprise data warehouses, and leading technology transformation projects - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Additional Company Details: The company is seeking an ideal candidate who possesses a deep understanding of the revenue cycle, strong background in data products, and proven ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams.
