As a Liaisoning Draftsman, your primary role will involve preparing, coordinating, and submitting architectural and statutory drawings to PCMC and other relevant authorities. You will be responsible for liaising with officials to secure necessary approvals and clearances for building projects. Key Responsibilities: - Drafting & Documentation: - Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings in accordance with PCMC Development Control & Promotion Regulations (DCPR). - Make modifications to drawings based on PCMC queries, objections, and remarks. - Create drawings for various submissions including Building Permission (BP), Commencement Certificate (CC), Revised plans, Amended plans, and Occupancy Certificate (OC). - Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and clients to gather required inputs. - Liaisoning & Approvals: - Engage with PCMC officials for scrutiny, follow-ups, and approvals. - Submit drawings and documents via PCMC online/offline portals. - Monitor approval status and provide updates to the project team. - Coordinate with other statutory departments such as Fire, Workplace, Water, Drainage, etc. - Compliance & Coordination: - Ensure drawings adhere to PCMC DCPR, Fire norms, and environmental/statutory guidelines. - Assist in the preparation of checklists, forms, affidavits, and supporting documents. - Provide support to appointed statutory consultants or agencies as needed. Skills & Requirements: - Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. - Strong understanding of PCMC bylaws and approval processes. - Previous experience in liaisoning with PCMC and allied authorities. - Ability to interpret and address technical objections. - Excellent coordination and communication skills. Experience: - Minimum 48 years of experience in PCMC liaisoning and drafting work. - Prior experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is preferred. Reporting To: Project Architect / Principal Consultant / Liaisoning Head Please note that the job is full-time and permanent with a salary range of 35,000.00 - 65,000.00 per month. The work location is in person.
