Technical Manager - Cloud Architect

As a Technical Architect at Saarthee, you will have the opportunity to lead a skilled team of Software engineers and DevOps engineers in developing and maintaining innovative CI/CD tools and infrastructures. Your role will involve driving excellence in software solutions, impacting global teams, and enhancing product quality and engineer satisfaction. You will manage technical direction, support system migrations, and foster collaboration across international teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead software and DevOps engineers to design and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines and containerization solutions for optimizing testing efficiency. - Oversee and support team-developed tools to ensure operational excellence. - Manage system onboarding and migration to advanced testing methodologies. - Coordinate with US and Japan teams for seamless communication and collaboration. - Strategically plan projects, allocate resources, and meet tight deadlines effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors of Engineering or Master of Computer Applications. - 12+ years of working experience in Java backend development or testing. - Hands-on experience in Containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker. - Strong understanding of designing and maintaining microservices-based systems. - Experience with Jenkins, Sonar, Helm charts, and integrating comprehensive test suites. - In-depth knowledge of AWS services and solutions for deploying and managing cloud-based infrastructure. - Skilled in designing and implementing cloud-native architectures. - Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for best practices in planning, development, testing, and deployment.
