UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing original ideas to simplify complex design problems and enhance user friendliness. Your responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing original ideas to bring simplicity and effectiveness to design challenges. - Creating UI mock-ups, wireframes, storyboards, style guides, prototypes, user flows, and site maps to ensure clear communication of brand language. - Designing graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, and widgets. - Developing page navigation buttons and search fields. - Generating original graphics and designs such as images, sketches, and tables. - Identifying and resolving UX issues, including responsiveness. - Demonstrating artistic vision and creative thinking while maintaining attention to detail. - Conducting user research, evaluating feedback, and collaborating with project leads. - Justifying design decisions based on the design roadmap and fundamental principles. - Staying updated on design trends and sharing insights with the team. - Participating in brainstorming sessions to creatively influence the design process. - Being receptive to learning new tools and feedback. Qualifications and Skills: - Strong experience in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or XD. - Familiarity with Sketch, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap is advantageous. - Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and video editing tools is a plus. - Understanding of WordPress/CMS systems would be beneficial.
