About the role
Project Planning Execution assist in preparing plans, drawings, and BOQs; ensure timely execution of residential projects. Site Supervision monitor daily construction activities; ensure safety, quality, and design adherence. Quality Compliance inspect materials/workmanship and ensure compliance with IS codes and local regulations. Vendor Contractor Coordination liaise with vendors / suppliers / subcontractors for smooth progress. Cost Progress Monitoring track budgets, control wastage, and prepare progress reports. Problem-Solving Improvement identify challenges and propose practical, efficient solutions. Experience Required 2 to 5 years in civil engineering with expertise in site execution, project management, and multi-site handling.
