The ideal candidate will have expertise in information technology systems, processes, and IT-enabled services, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and manage technology solutions that meet business needs. Job Type: Full Time Responsibilities Analyze and understand client requirements to design and deliver IT and ITES solutions. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal and external stakeholders. Develop and implement IT-enabled services to optimize business processes and operations. Collaborate with teams to identify technology gaps and recommend solutions. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed to improve efficiency. Document processes, configurations, and user guides for IT and ITES systems. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. Qualifications And Skills Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in IT and ITES roles, with a strong understanding of IT systems and processes. Proficiency in system administration, networking, and cloud technologies. Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), or AWS. Experience with ITES domains, such as BPO, KPO, or shared services. Knowledge of automation tools and technologies, including RPA (Robotic Process Automation). Experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
