IT Operations Analyst I The Operations Control Center (OCC) team plays a key role in the operational support of Sabre’s infrastructure and cutting-edge technology platforms that support over 85,000 transactions per second. OCC is the first responder for all Sabre platforms worldwide that monitor and mitigate potential impacts before they become an issue. The role of the analyst will perform the following through knowledge base driven actions, on the job training and in-depth cross-training with fellow OCC peers and Sabre’s own Service Reliability engineers that will provide the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Apply and follow Sabre ITIL processes. Support operational stability of Sabre applications and infrastructure. Initiate calls for technical incidents supporting through resolution. Support triage of incidents and service requests driven by supported knowledge bases. Respond to incident alerts in a timely manner. Support day-to-day activities following documented work instructions using pre-defined process, procedures and operational tasks. Adhere to operational directives and comply with organizational policies. Operate shifts that support a 24/7 environment. EXPERIENCE: Demonstrate understanding of the following: Minimum 1-2 years related experience in Command Center or NOC environments Fundamental understanding of Service Desk, Command Center or Network Operations environments. Monitoring tools. (ex: Splunk, Zabbix, AppD, Google Console) A firm foundation in written and verbal communication skills. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
