Job Description Job Role x000D x000D Product Manager x000D x000D Sub Team x000D x000D SAFE x000D x000D Location x000D x000D Delhi x000D x000D Job Purpose x000D x000D Product Management x000D x000D Tags# x000D x000D #ProductManagement x000D x000D Job Responsibilities x000D x000D Understand and analyze user needs, market trends - leverage them to define roadmap for existing and new products across our transportation business_x000D_ x000D Own and manage the entire product life cycle: from strategic planning to tactical decision- making.x000D x000D Articulate and evangelize product vision and roadmap across internal teams (design, engineering, , business development) and external stakeholders (end users, clients) to enable collaboration and drive adoption.x000D x000D Define and communicate your product s vision, execution, goals and own the results.x000D x000D Identify customers behaviours and needs through research and analysis.x000D x000D Empower and collaborate with your team to unlock their full potential.x000D x000D Identify immediate and/ or upcoming user and internal stakeholder needs, then work with the team to develop a product plan that addresses them.x000D x000D Strategically evolve and grow existing products and services to constantly deliver a better user experience.x000D x000D Gather product requirements, and document them accordingly for projects in development.x000D x000D Prioritize features and tasks for the product using internal tools, tracking and reviewing the product direction and current work frequently.x000D x000D Manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, to ensure teams have what they need and can work efficiently.x000D x000D Skills Required x000D x000D 1- 2 years of product management experience in enterprise product startups/ digital products or e- commerce; overall experience of 4- 6 yrs_x000D_ x000D Proven experience of building and launching B2B products from ground up_x000D_ x000D Strong analytical skills.x000D x000D Excellent communication and organization skills_x000D_ x000D Prior experience in a startup/ fast- paced environment_x000D_ x000D User focused individual who keeps the customer at the heart of everything we do, while having strong commercial awareness.x000D x000D Data driven. Base your decisions on facts rather than opinions.x000D x000D Background in handling operations (people process) intensive tasks is a necessity.x000D x000D Background in software engineering with a good understanding of system architecture.x000D x000D A good understanding of systems experience with designing user interfaces via wireframe mockups.x000D x000D Education Qualification x000D x000D Bachelors or Masters in: x000D x000D Computer Science_x000D_ x000D Information Technology_x000D_ x000D MBA from a Tier 1 institute. x000D x000D Working Conditions x000D x000D Must be competent and flexible_x000D_ x000D Monday to Friday with 1st Saturday working Qualifications Education Qualification x000D x000D B.Tech / B.E. / BCA etc is mandatory, MBA degree is preferred
