Job Description IT Executive Job Title: IT Executive Location: Kolkata & Ankurhati Department: Information Technology Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure and software. The ideal candidate should be capable of troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT assets, ensuring network uptime, and providing end-user support across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Software Support Install, configure, and update operating systems and business applications. Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide timely technical support. Manage software licenses and support ERP, HRMS, MS Office and antivirus. Network & System Administration Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and internet connectivity. Manage user accounts, email configuration and access permissions. Ensure backups and basic cybersecurity practices. Support CCTV and biometric systems. User Support Provide first-level IT support. Set up systems for new employees. Maintain IT asset and incident records. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 13 years of relevant IT support experience. CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification is an advantage. Required Skills Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office and networking. Experience with printers, CCTV, biometric devices and antivirus. Good communication and documentation skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Flexible to work at both Kolkata and Ankurhati locations. Positive attitude and customer-service mindset. Ability to handle confidential company data responsibly.
