About the role
To plan & supervise the execution of routine & non routine instrumentation work to improve the operational efficiency & availability of instrumentation Prepare ,maintain and update the list of spare instrument & systems within the area of ownership Review daily log sheet ,analyze the collected data, prioritize & allocate work to technician. Verify & Initiate actions for the quality of new instrument inspection etc escalate observed gap/deviation to Superiors Monitor & ensure the availability and effective performance of installed instruments and systems Discipline and supervision of work. Minimization of machine down time / breakdown by resource allocation Responsible for maintain for maintaining safety standard in the area of ownership. Organize and conduct training to upgrade the required skills of team members Hands on experience of DCS and PLC Plan and organize resources for the execution job.
