As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading architectural planning, design development, project coordination, and execution for various residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading architectural design and planning for a wide range of projects. - Developing conceptual designs, master plans, layouts, and detailed architectural drawings. - Preparing design presentations, working drawings, and construction documentation. - Coordinating with clients, consultants, structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors. - Ensuring compliance with local building regulations, development control rules, and statutory approvals. - Reviewing architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation. - Conducting site visits to monitor design implementation and construction quality. - Managing project timelines, budgets, and design deliverables. - Resolving design and technical issues during project execution. - Guiding and mentoring junior architects and design team members. - Evaluating materials, finishes, and innovative construction techniques. - Ensuring sustainable and cost-effective design solutions. - Coordinating approval processes with municipal and regulatory authorities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch). - Registered Architect with relevant professional certification preferred. - 815 years of experience in architectural design and project execution. - Solid portfolio of residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects. - Expertise in architectural planning, detailing, and project management. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office. - Strong knowledge of building by-laws, construction methodologies, and approval processes. - Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams. - Excellent presentation and client-handling skills. - Solid leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The salary for this position ranges from 40,000.00 to 50,000.00 per month, with Provident Fund as a benefit. The work location is in person.
