Senior Production Support Engineer Shift Timings: 05:00 AM TO 02:00 PM IST Job Location: Hyderabad Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Production Support Engineer to join our team, supporting us in the high-frequency trading environment. The role involves providing level 1 support for Asia Pacific-based trading activities, with backup support for EU & US platforms. Position Responsibilities: Provide level 1 support for high-frequency trading activities in Asia Pacific. Offer backup support for EU & US platforms. Manage software upgrades and releases. Collaborate with brokers, service providers, and other technology groups. Design and implement tools and reports to enhance departmental efficiency. Position Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role. Tech Skills: Proficiency in an all-Linux environment, scripting (vi, Bash, Perl, Python), database/SQL (Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL), and understanding of network and internet protocols (TCP, UDP, Telnet, SSH, etc). Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Others: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge in Electronic Trading is a plus.
