Senior Development Engineer –Core Java/OAM-070526-069

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated individual contributor having hands-on experience in software development and testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, testing, and maintaining product features and components. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and test software features and components. 2. Perform IT testing, regression testing, and functionality testing. 3. Maintain and enhance the existing automation test suite. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug and resolve issues quickly. 5. Drive continuous improvement in software quality and team practices. Required Skills: 1. Strong programming skills in Java (Java 1.8 and above), Core Java. 2. Good understanding of OOPs, multithreading, collections, and data structures. 3. Experience with JDBC, MySQL, and PL/SQL. 4. Hands-on experience with automation and unit/integration testing. Additional Skills: 1. Experience with NMS (Network Management Systems) and EMS (Element Management Systems). 2. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
