Role Overview: You could work anywhere, but at Sagent, you have the opportunity to be part of a mission to simplify and make loans and homeownership safer for all US consumers. As an SFG/SI Developer, you will play a crucial role at Sagent in designing and maintaining EDI workflows, contributing to B2B designs, and ensuring smooth operations to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor file transfers, system health, and scheduled jobs using SFG for production support. - Handle L1/L2/L3 support for resolving production incidents within SLA, including Root Cause Analysis and troubleshooting of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator or SFG. - Onboard new trading partners by creating TP profiles, mailboxes, certificates, and Communication Protocols such as SFTP, AS2, FTP, FTPS, and HTTP. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address issues and escalate file transfer failures promptly. - Work on maps conversion like EDI to Positional file, CSV, Flat Files, EDIFACT, and vice-versa. - Develop EDI Customer maps including 850, 810, 856, 997, 822, 203, 260, 266, 203 & 820 with an excellent understanding of ANSI X12 standard. - Utilize BPML and XML development and demonstrate proficiency in file transmissions and protocols like SFTP, AS2, FTP, FTPS, and HTTP. - Troubleshoot major EDI transactions like 850, 856, 997, 810, and 820 with strong problem-solving skills. - Communicate effectively and document solutions, working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 4-5+ years of relevant experience. - Experience with SSP/SEAS, Cipher, WAF, and MFA upgrades and administration. - In-depth knowledge of Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and familiarity with Linux/Unix/Windows systems. - Proficiency in security protocols, encryption technologies, network configurations, and firewalls. - Detail-oriented with a focus on security and compliance.
