xJob Title: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP & Power Platform Consultant Experience: 815 Years (Minimum 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP) Department / Function: Technology D&S-Microsoft Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Ahmedabad Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP & Power Platform Consultant to lead enterprise ERP implementations and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance, Supply Chain Management) and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central, with strong experience leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to extend ERP capabilities. This is a client-facing consulting role requiring functional leadership, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 ERP implementation projects. Conduct business process discovery workshops. Design scalable ERP solutions aligned with client business objectives. Configure and implement: Dynamics 365 Finance Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead solution design for: General Ledger Accounts Payable/Receivable Fixed Assets Procurement & Sourcing Inventory Management Warehouse Management Manufacturing (preferred) Supply Chain Planning Design security roles, business processes, and workflows. Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams. Manage data migration, integrations, and testing activities. Conduct UAT workshops and user training. Support production deployments and hypercare. Mentor junior consultants. Participate in pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and proposal development. Power Platform Responsibilities Design Canvas Apps for warehouse, procurement, inventory, and field operations. Build Power Automate approval workflows. Develop Power BI dashboards for finance and operations reporting. Integrate ERP with Microsoft Power Platform using APIs, Dataverse, and connectors. Recommend low-code solutions to improve operational efficiency. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant certification. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain certification. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant. Azure certifications are a plus. Experience 8-15 years of ERP consulting experience. 5+ years implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Business Central. Experience leading multiple enterprise ERP implementations. Strong consulting and client engagement experience.
