Preparing planning and Estimation Execution of work as per engineering drawing and specifications. Time Estimation completing the task on scheduled time Preparation of bar bending schedule, B. O. Q s, subcontractor bills and Etc. Execution of interior works as per drawing. Checking the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns, beams, wall sand slabs etc. Attending the client meeting regarding the status of work. Explains the work and Study of assembly drawings to the new comers. Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress (key performance indicator) evaluating as per the planned schedules. to take survey for drainage system and road works Ensuring Safety on site.
