Job Description – L1 IT Support Engineer (Manufacturing Plant) The role includes support for desktops, laptops, thin clients, MES terminals,printers, barcode devices,network connectivity, IT infrastructure while maintaining agreed service levels.Network Engineer L2 – IT/OT, Security & ELV Responsible for providing end-to-end IT support covering networking (wired and wireless), cybersecurity, and audio-video (AV) systems.
