SENIOR MANAGER - DESIGN & PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Product Development Leadership: Lead end-to-end development of products ensuring performance, quality, and cost targets are achieved.Design and optimize components considering manufacturability, Screen / Flexo Printing feasibility and material utilization.Design & Engineering Oversight: Develop and review engineering drawings, layouts, and BOMs using AutoCAD and other relevant tools. Basic exposure to Corel/CARD is desirable but not mandatory.Testing & Validation: Define and conduct product testing (Adhesion tests, Weatherometer tests tests, etc.), interpret results, and implement design improvements.Project Management: Manage project timelines, milestones, and resources to ensure delivery within schedule and budget.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with manufacturing, QA/QC, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth product development and implementation.Design Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in design for cost reduction, performance enhancement, and ease of installation. (Layouting using Corel draw / Auto CAD)Problem Solving: Lead root cause analysis of design and printing issues and implement effectivesolutions.Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to relevant standards, codes, and internal specifications.
