About the RoleA handson role combining infrastructure operations with automation scripting. You will manage daytoday infra ops tasks and contribute to building and maintaining the scripts and pipelines that reduce manual effort over time. What You Need to KnowServer and appliance lifecycle management across Windows and Linux environments running Docker containersAccess and identity management for infrastructure scopeVulnerability coordination and closure across OS and application layersInfrastructure health monitoring and alert triage on rotationAutomation scripting: write, maintain, and improve scripts that run as containers, fetch secrets at runtime, and act against target systemsMaintain versioncontrolled repositories, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and keep runbooks currentWhat You Need to BringNonnegotiableLinux administration at the command line: services, permissions, processes, troubleshootingWindows server administration and PowerShell or Bash scriptingPython scripting at a productionops level: unattended execution, API calls, clean error handling, structured logging, configdriven. Ops scripting, not software development.Docker and containers: build images, run and debug containers, understand how containerised scripts connect to external systemsGit: version control, branching, merge requests, basic CI/CD pipeline familiarityCommunication: able to present your work clearly, explain what you built, why you built it, and what it does. Written and verbal.Good to HaveFamiliarity with any ITSM platformSecrets management conceptsExperience with any infrastructure monitoring tool .
