Project Lead Java

Responsible to lead Java technology stack projects technically, should be able to guide the team technically Strong knowledge of Java languages and web development frameworks Responsible to manage the expectations and handle the cross functional teams Responsible to analyze the requirements, estimate and plan the same Responsible for release management, support the existing systems and its enhancement Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Troubleshoot and resolvetechnical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications Qualification / Experience: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field Skills & Abilities: Project Lead with strong technical knowledge, should be able to management client expectations, project team Design, and implement high-level, low-level designs and coding for complex software systems Must have solid understanding of .Oops, Design Patterns, tomcat based deployment Must have hands-on experience on Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, Oracle, PL/SQL, Maven, Medium Level of Linux Experience on Angularjs, frontend technologies, drool rule engine etc. is an added advantage Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment Strong communication skills
