Architectural Draftsman

As an experienced Architect with 3-6 years of professional expertise, your role will involve leading and executing architectural design requirements for Industrial Park, Commercial, and Residential Plot Development projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing Industrial Park master layouts, internal road planning, utility zoning, and building designs. - Preparing architectural drawings, concept plans, and working drawings for industrial, warehousing, and commercial structures. - Designing residential layouts, villa plots, and associated amenities. - Coordinating with structural, MEP, PEB, and internal project teams during design development. - Liaising with statutory bodies, consultants, and approval agencies to ensure drawings meet all regulatory standards. - Managing documentation for approvals, clearances, and permits. - Conducting site visits for design implementation compliance. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - 5-7 years of experience in industrial, commercial, or residential planning. - Strong knowledge of industrial park planning; warehousing/PEB layout exposure preferred. - Experience with statutory approvals such as CMDA, DTCP, Local Body, Fire, and Environmental. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. - Strong communication and coordination skills.
