Lead , User Experience / User Interface Designer - Enterprise Platform

As a Product/UX Designer at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and delightful user experiences for our suite of products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, to shape the user interface and overall user experience. Your primary responsibility will be to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions aligning with Salesforce's design principles and business objectives. Through your expertise in UX design, you will drive the development of centered designs that enhance customer satisfaction and increase product adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate clear and compelling ideas to key stakeholders through documentation, reviews, and presentations - Serve as a bridge connecting design, product, engineering, and marketing teams - Work closely with product owners, engineers, and user research to create a vision for the product area - Oversee multiple web and mobile application features, interfaces, and experiences - Create designs adhering to and extending the existing style guide - Generate detailed final design specs inspiring accurate developer builds - Collaborate with developers and quality experts to deliver a polished final product - Promote and educate others on new interface guidelines and design patterns - Set the vision for a product's creative identity and guide the team through its implementation - Create inclusive designs for all users, advocating for accessibility Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or related field - Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and/or mobile applications, ideally within enterprise software or SaaS products - Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and standard processes - Desire to continually improve processes - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment while producing great design work on tight deadlines - Strong communication and active listening skills - Experience using multiple approaches, including analytics and user research, to drive decisions and develop product iterations - Systems thinking and ability to see a project's larger ecosystem - Expert knowledge of current design tools such as Figma - Experience designing software for users of multiple languages and abilities and thinking in design systems - Strong ethical compass and commitment to equality Unleash your potential by joining Salesforce, where you will have the opportunity to shape the future and redefine what's possible for yourself, AI, and the world.
