The role requires flexibility to work in APAC,EMEA,or AMER shifts as determined by evolving business needs and critical coverage gaps A successful candidate should be willing to work in either of the shifts - APAC,EMEA,AMER EST or PST Platform Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce / Slack platform and proficiency with enterprise-level support tools and technologies
