About the role
As a Technical Architect at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in supporting the full implementation lifecycle of various Salesforce industry-specific clouds such as Financial Services Cloud, Healthcare Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. Your responsibilities will include efficiently designing and building these solutions within an evolving ecosystem, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the cloud-computing landscape, and collaborating closely with Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects, and clients to devise technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead project discovery and definition workshops, crafting scope and development estimates, and documenting requirements and designs. - Collaborate with internal team members to enhance the value of Salesforce Industry products and services. - Design innovative technical solutions, work directly with customers to meet their business requirements, and lead and mentor development and QA teams. - Design, develop, and support Salesforce-related projects, ensuring they meet business expectations and performance requirements. - Advocate and implement standard process development methodologies, contribute to the consulting practice, and drive the delivery of enterprise solutions. Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in developing technology solutions and 2+ years of experience in handling client-facing projects. - Strong background in Financial Services domain, Healthcare domain, or Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud domain. - Excellent written and spoken communication skills. - Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, APEX, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML. - Experience with Salesforce integration, configuration, customization, VisualForce, Apex Triggers, Lightning Aura Components, and LWC. - Ability to define system landscapes, identify gaps, and deliver CRM solutions. - Experience leading teams in analyzing complex problems and implementing solutions.
