About the role
As a Technical Architect at Salesforce Industries, your role is crucial in delivering rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems. You will be demonstrating native Industry Cloud functionality to meet customer requirements efficiently with minimal customization. Your responsibilities will include supporting the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to deployment, within an evolving ecosystem of clients and partners. You will be tasked with designing and building Salesforce industry-specific Tableau solutions, ensuring successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 10+ years of experience working with Tableau and data analytics to lead successful BI Visual Analytics projects, showcasing a proven track record of achievements. - Demonstrate strong SQL skills, data source compliance, and standard processes to design Symantec data layers for effective visualization. - Create custom Tableau dashboards, handle migration projects, leverage Tableau prep builder, and Einstein Discovery tools effectively. - Define processes for Usage Matrices and insights, lead a team of visualization developers, and establish BI guidelines for self-service capabilities. - Drive CI/CD automation, platform monitoring, user onboarding automation, and authorization/permission protocols. - Develop tool-kits and templates to expedite dashboard and ad-hoc report creation, focusing on rapid iteration and prototyping of data visualizations. - Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs and present data in a compelling manner, aiding in storytelling through data visualization. - Work closely with sales and presales teams to propose and implement BI-related solutions, ideating end-to-end architectures for complex problem statements.
