As a Revenue Cycle Data Product Manager at Client, your role will involve developing and executing the data product strategy for the Revenue Cycle. You will collaborate closely with product directors, managers, and leadership to manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to implementation and release. Key Responsibilities: - Strategy & Leadership: Develop and own the data product strategy for the Revenue Cycle to ensure alignment with Ascension's business goals. - Product Management: Manage the full product lifecycle, including road mapping, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization. - Collaboration: Partner with architecture, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to empower product teams and enable effective go-to-market strategies. - Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize user research, metrics, and KPIs to inform product strategy and measure success. - Mentorship: Guide and mentor Product Owners and their teams for professional growth. - Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends to shape future product direction effectively. Qualifications: - Required: - Expert knowledge in clinical workflows, care management, or healthcare finance. - Technical Skills: - Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, GCP, Snowflake. - Proficiency in building enterprise data warehouses and leading technology transformation projects. - Education: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. - Preferred: - Experience with EHR platforms like Epic, Cerner. - Knowledge of HL7/FHIR standards. - 2 years of people management experience.
