Location: Chhatral, Gandhinagar, Gujarat Experience: 25 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Samarth E Mobility is looking for a Motor Production Engineer to manage the production and assembly of BLDC/PMSM motors for electric vehicles. The ideal candidate should have experience in motor manufacturing, production planning, quality control, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Plan and supervise daily motor production activities.Manage motor assembly, stator winding, rotor assembly, balancing, and testing.Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.Coordinate with Quality, R&D, Procurement, and Maintenance teams.Maintain production records, SOPs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.Requirements Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or a related field.25 years of experience in EV motor manufacturing or automotive production.Knowledge of BLDC/PMSM motor assembly and manufacturing processes.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and quality systems.Good problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.Compensation: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
