About the role
Key Responsibilities Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications. Prepare Boqs and quantity take-offs. Estimate costs for Fire Fighting, Hydrant, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, and Suppression Systems. Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations. Prepare techno-commercial proposals. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams. Ensure compliance with Nfpa, Nbc, Tac, and client requirements. Required Skills Fire Fighting System Estimation Fire Alarm System Estimation Boq Preparation Tendering & Costing Quantity Take-Off AutoCad Microsoft Excel Vendor Management Nfpa / Nbc / Tac Standards Preferred Qualifications Diploma / B.e. / B.tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Fire Engineering. Experience in Fire Protection or Mep industry. Strong analytical and communication skills.
