You will work in Mumbai (Powai Hiranandani) with a 5-day work week and office-based role. Your technical skills should include expertise in Core Java (1.8 and above version), SpringBoot (2.7 and above version), Microservices architecture design, SOAP & RESTful webservices, along with experience in tools like STS/IntelliJ, Maven, SOAP UI, and GitHub. It is essential to prioritize business impact and urgency while having the ability to quickly adapt to recent technology and methodologies. Nice to have skills would be knowledge of XML, Jenkins, Kibana, Docker, JFrog/Nexus repos, RDBMS, AWS DevOps, Confluence, Jira, Service Now, basic agile pattern knowledge, and basic insurance business knowledge. For this role, a degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, coding, testing (including test cases and scripts for module/component tests), correcting, documenting complex programs and scripts based on agreed specifications and subsequent iterations - Installing, configuring, customizing, and integrating standard software - Implementing and executing module/component tests and providing technical documentation - Executing technical application support - Supporting the deployment and training of the application into a production setting - Monitoring service delivery performance metrics and identifying required service agreement adjustments.
