About the role
SAP OTC - Con / AM - HYD - J50016 Responsibilities: * Gather business requirements and prepare TO-BE design documents. * Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Cash and Simplification List. * Prepare related configuration documents and functional specifications. * Collaborate with technical consultants to design, build, and realize custom developments (RICEFW). * Propose easy and optimal O2C business solutions based on business process knowledge. * Perform root cause analysis and work with cross-module teams for resolution. * Engage consistently with clients to interpret their requirements and manage communication flow throughout projects. * Foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all organizational levels. Requirements: * Key Skills: S/4HANA, SAP SD, O2C, Implementation. * Strong expertise in Cash (O2C) processes. * Hands-on experience with the SAP SD module and S/4HANA. * Proven track record in SAP implementation and upgrades. * Knowledge of Sales Order Management, Pricing and Billing, and Revenue Recognition. * Experience with SAP Fiori standard tiles for tasks and KPIs. * Ability to gather business requirements and prepare TO-BE design documents. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis. * Experience collaborating with technical consultants for custom developments (RICEFW). * Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills. * Knowledge of simplification list and SAP best practices. * Education: B. Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA. Exp.- 3 To 10 Qualification- BE-Comp/IT,BE-Other,BTech-Comp/IT,BTech-Other,MBA,MCA .
