Senior Product Manager For SuccessFactors - J50423 Role & responsibilities Job Location: Mumbai (Powai - Hiranandani) It is 5 Days working & work from Office role Job description: Driving digitalization and transformation projects, supporting global processes and launching new tools Overviewing product cost and budget as well as managing of the external staff including procurement and provider management Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and effective system solutions Implementing changes and configuring system Partner with all stakeholders to manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring that the product team delivers capabilities on time, on budget and per expectation. Manage delivery processes including requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing Work across teams and global locations in a seamless way to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization Monitor and evaluate product compliance and performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement Setting up strategical product architecture based on the requirements and standards of Munich RE. Your profile: University degree preferably in Computer engineering / IT, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences or similar qualification 6+ years product management experience working in a regulated industry such as Financial Services. Digital product management experience is an asset. Several years of very good SAP application experience, especially in SuccessFactors (EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Payroll, etc.) Robust understanding of technology with the ability to understand and articulate customer problems, solutions, and possible impacts Act as a reliable partner for HR department Demonstrated ability to adhere the security guidelines and best practices.
