Technical Lead - Java / Python

Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Design, develop, review, and maintain scalable and secure applications. Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best development practices. Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and technical estimations. Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality software development processes. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in technology and processes. Ensure application performance, security, and reliability standards are met. Support deployment, release management, and production monitoring. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 6+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, or related technologies. Experience with modern frameworks, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms. Good understanding of databases, system design, and software architecture. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong problemsolving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment. Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Exposure to AI/ML, data engineering, or enterprise applications is an added advantage. .
