About the role
Role and Responsibilities: Work with Design Development teams throughout the product development life cycle to ensure hardware and software quality requirements and goals are established and met. 4+ years in PCB assembly experience; building the complete board from the schematics/engineering drawing. Must be able to read drawings and schematics. PCBA troubleshooting. Ensure design change control requirements are met and appropriately traced throughout the design development process as per Configuration Management Plan. A good understanding of Design, Development, New Product Introduction best practices, including methodologies, procedures and tools. Establish and implement a process to determine root cause and corrective action for quality system escapes. Competent in reliability, risk management, and statistical and techniques. An excellent team player with good communication, problem solving and influencing skills acquired in a technical community. Conduct PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) studies to identify potential risks and mitigate them. Expertise in Data analysis , configuration management, Quality tools (CAPA /RCA/ Pareto Chart etc) Understanding of BOM / ATP /QTP / Risk analysis . Must have worked in an OPTO-ELCTRONICS-MECHANICAL industry. Professional Qualifications: B.Tech in Electronic Engineering. A qualified internal auditor of TS16949 /AS9100. Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, IPC-J-610 certified 3+ years in an Aerospace Quality Organization. 1+ years of experience working with SAP. Strong understanding of industrial engineering, methods engineering, process engineering, and lean manufacturing concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
