Job Title: SAP ABAP On Hana Location: Pan India Work Mode: Offshore Minimum Experience: 7+ Years of Experience Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Job Summar yWe are seeking a Senior SAP ABAP on HANA Consultant to join our offshore delivery team. This client-facing leadership role will own the technical design and delivery of complex ABAP on HANA developments on S/4HANA, including custom Fiori applications and BTP-based integration solutions . Key Responsibiliti esLead solution design workshops and produce HLD/LLD technical documents.Develop HANA-optimized ABAP using CDS Views, AMDPs, OData services, and RAP.Design and deliver custom Fiori applications (SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, Flexible Programming Model).Configure and manage Fiori Launchpad and end-to-end app lifecycle.Deliver BTP-based solutions (CAP, Integration Suite, Event Mesh, BAS).Define and enforce development standards, clean core principles, extensibility approaches.Mentor ABAP/Fiori/BTP developers and drive quality gates.Govern development landscape with CI/CD pipelines, abapGit, TMS, Cloud ALM.Act as design authority and resolve cross-team escalation s. Mandatory Skills & Experie nce813 years of SAP experience with strong ABAP development background.3+ years of ABAP on HANA with at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.Expertise in CDS Views, AMDPs, RAP, OData services (V2/V4).Strong hands-on Fiori development (SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, Launchpad).Knowledge of at least one S/4HANA functional area (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP).Proven experience in client workshops, architecture deliverables, and stakeholder manageme nt.
